LE FATE TURCHINE school has its own HACCP-certified kitchen guaranteeing healthy nutrition throughout the school day, from breakfast to afternoon snack, using only the right quality ingredients that are essential at each different stage of growth and development. Meals are steam-cooked, boiled or stewed, with no added salt and/or sugar.
We offer two different menus, one for the winter and one for the summer season, rotating every week over a four-weekly plan. The menus may change depending on tolerance and/or allergic concerns. For example, if a child may only eat specific foods, the cook can make up a special diet.
Only controlled, fresh food is used to make our meals with the exception of fish which is frozen for health and hygiene reasons.
